How do I make my reservation?

You can make your reservation online by using our secured reservation form, by contacting us at 0145730771 or by sending us an email.

I haven’t received my confirmation email. What should I do?

First, verify the email address you supplied when you made your reservation. The problem can also be caused by an anti-spam filter in your computer or email provider. In this case, check to see if your email is in your junk/spam folder. If the problem persists, please contact us by telephone.

What is the Deadline for making a reservation?

You can make a reservation at least 24 hours ahead of your planned trip. If it is less than 24 hours, please contact us by telephone and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

Are your shuttles air-conditioned and non-smoking?

Yes, all of our vehicles are equipped with air conditioning and are strictly non-smoking.

Are online payments secured?

Sarah Shuttle uses a highly secure and well-known specialist in e-commerce – PayPal. It is the ideal solution for making safe and secure online payments for purchases on the internet with your credit card or bank account. With PayPal, your financial information is not sent to us when you purchase using your account, and your transactions are fully protected via SSL security.

What are your payment methods?

We accept credit cards online. Cash (Euros only) on the transfer day. Bank transfers - Credit card on-board. Money order and PayPal.

What are your business hours and your transfer hours?

Our office is open from 9am to 7pm Monday to Saturday, and our drivers are available 24/7.

Are there additional costs for luggage?

Luggage is included in the passenger rate, so there are no additional costs within the limits of available space in the trunk. If you expect problems, please contact us.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

You are able to modify or cancel your reservation at any time, up until 3 hours before departure. Please contact us by email, unless it is the day of your transfer, in which case it is best to give us a call. You will be fully reimbursed for your cancellation as long as it is made up to 3 hours prior to your departure.
